Magna Park lies in the Golden Triangle bounded by the M1, M6 and M69, which is why so much of Britain's warehousing has come here since 1988. A major fire at Primark's warehouse there in 2005 destroyed much of the company's stock.
Lutterworth stands on the A426 between Leicester and Rugby beside junction 20 of the M1. The success has a cost: about 3,000 lorries pass through the town each day.
