Humber Hub is our flagship serviced house in Lower Stoke, Coventry. It has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, sleeps up to 10 guests and comes with free off-road parking, so a contractor crew, a project team or a large family can share one front door without queuing for a shower.
It is a whole house rather than a room: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a Smart TV, a private garden and 500 Mb broadband, with electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and council tax included in the price. Stays run from two nights to twelve months and the nightly rate drops for weekly and monthly bookings.
Coventry University is about a mile by road from the house, while the city centre, Coventry station and Jaguar Land Rover's Whitley site are each about 2 miles away. That makes it an easy base for project work, hospital shifts and university visits alike.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. It is the detail teams ask about first, because nobody waits for the bathroom before an early start. Fresh bed linen and towels are ready for every stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials, so you can cook a proper meal after work instead of eating out every night. The living room has a Smart TV and space for the whole group to sit down together.
