Maine Stays hosts contractors, corporate teams, NHS staff and families in whole, furnished homes. If you own a house, a flat or a block in Coventry or the wider West Midlands, there are three ways it can join them.
Who stays
Guests who need a proper home for a while.
Our guests are working away from home or between homes: engineers on a project, a site team on a long contract, a nurse on a placement or a family whose house is being repaired. They want a whole house with a kitchen, somewhere to park and room to switch off after a long shift, for anything from a few nights to several months.
The homes they book come from owners like you. Maine Stays is the name guests know; Maine Property Solutions Ltd, the company behind it, signs the agreements with owners.

We run your home as serviced accommodation: the listing, the bookings, the guests, the cleaning and a monthly statement. You keep ownership and the booking income, less our fee.

Maine Stays is a trading name of Maine Property Solutions Ltd, Company No. 16187542. Guests book with Maine Stays; owners sign with Maine Property Solutions.
Which areas do you cover?
Coventry and the West Midlands first, where our own homes are. Management and company lets are considered across England and Wales through Maine Property Solutions.
Do I have to choose a route before we talk?
