If every home suits a route, yes. More often each home is looked at on its own and the routes are mixed.
Can a let property be sold off-market?
Yes. Investors on the Maine Property Solutions list consider homes with occupiers in place as well as vacant ones.
Will you tell me if a home should stay as it is?
Yes. If an ordinary letting is the better answer for a home, that is what we will say.
