Engineers, managers and specialist trades on a long build need somewhere to live that is not a hotel room. Maine Stays books whole, furnished houses with parking and a kitchen to companies for their staff. We can also look for homes close to the site.
A crew or a manager can stay for the length of their package, on weekly or monthly rates.

What happens to finished homes.
Phases on one company let
Maine Property Solutions can lease a completed phase or building on one company let agreement, with one fixed monthly sum.
