Some owners would rather nobody knew yet.
An estate agent's board tells the street and a portal listing tells everyone else. That suits plenty of sales. It does not suit a landlord who wants to change strategy without an advert going up, a developer with a handful of units to place or an owner who simply wants a decision made in private.
Talking to us first commits you to nothing. If one of our routes fits, you will see the terms in writing. If none does, every other option is still open to you.
