Questions
Questions owners ask.
Do you take homes that need work?
For a quiet sale any condition is considered. For management or a company let the home needs to be in good repair first.
Can I bring a furnished home?
Yes. Furnished and unfurnished homes can both work; the furnishing is agreed before anything starts.
What if my lender has not given consent?
Consent is needed before management or a company let can start. We can explain what to ask your lender for.
Do you consider homes outside the West Midlands?
Yes, through Maine Property Solutions, which considers management and company lets across England and Wales.
Think your home fits?
Send the details to Maine Property Solutions and it will come back to you about next steps.
