Yes. Site-team stays can start before completion and completed units can be planned for in advance.

Units can be returned for sale on notice agreed at the start, so management works alongside your sales.

Who is the counterparty?

Maine Property Solutions Ltd, Company No. 16187542, the company behind Maine Stays. A covenant check is welcome before anything is signed.

Do you work outside Coventry?
