The fee
How the fee works.
Our fee is a percentage of the room revenue, calculated before platform commission and never charged on the cleaning fees guests pay. Every statement shows the percentage, the amount it was calculated on and the fee itself, so you can check the arithmetic.

Yes. Management never changes who owns the property.
How much notice is needed to end management?
