Stoke House is a four-bedroom new-build home in Lower Stoke, on the south-east side of Coventry, with room for nine. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, the fourth has two singles and there is a sofa bed downstairs, with a family bathroom, a second shower room and free on-street parking.
Everything a longer stay needs is in the price: electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and council tax, plus bed linen, towels and a fitted kitchen to cook in. French doors lead from the living room to an enclosed garden and the 55-inch Smart TV has Netflix for quiet evenings in.
University Hospital Coventry is about 3 miles by road from the house and Coventry University about a mile, while the city centre and the station are each about 2 miles away. Its neighbour Stoke Lodge shares the same layout for groups who need more room.

Inside the house
Nine guests sleep in three king-size beds, two single beds and a sofa bed. The twin room suits two people who prefer a bed each and the sofa bed in the living room is there for one more. Linen is fresh for every stay and towels are laid out before you arrive.
At the top of the house, under a sloping ceiling with a dormer window, the largest bedroom has its own shower room and a 43-inch Smart TV. It gives one guest or a couple a private space away from the rest of the house.
The other bedrooms share the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower and a glass screen.
The fitted kitchen comes with a built-in fridge, a kettle, a toaster and everything needed to cook: pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and French doors to the garden.
There is a built-in washing machine, a steam iron and an ironing board, so clothes are sorted at home on a long stay. Parking on the street is free.
