About 36,665 people lived in Warwick in 2021. Older districts such as Emscote, Bridge End and Woodloes Park have been joined by Chase Meadow, built beside the racecourse in the early 2010s. Myton Green followed about ten years later.
Warwick School, an independent boys' school re-founded by Henry VIII in 1545, claims to be the oldest in England; its sister school is the King's High School for Girls. Myton and Aylesford are the state secondaries.
Warwick, Leamington Spa and Whitnash together make a built-up area of some 95,000 people. The racecourse sits just west of the centre with a small golf course inside the track.
Each of our houses comes furnished, with linen, towels and a washing machine. The bills and council tax are paid and a new employer can be invoiced for a stay of up to twelve months.
