Junctions 13 to 15 of the M40 and the A46 dual carriageway between Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon have turned the castle town into a place where companies keep their offices.
Wedgnock Industrial Estate, in the north of Warwick near the A46, is where IBM, Wolseley UK and Volvo Group UK have bases; Bridgestone, Calor Gas, Kantar and Delphi Automotive run regional offices in the town too.
To the south, National Grid has had its UK headquarters at Warwick Technology Park since November 2004, alongside Phillips 66 and JET. Warwick Hospital on Lakin Road is the acute hospital for south Warwickshire.
Our nearest house to Warwick is Humber Hub, about 11 miles by road, with off-road parking for the vans and four en-suite bedrooms. Every stay is invoiced to the contractor on a pro-forma before arrival.
