Rugby's roads explain its warehouses. The M1, M6 and M45 meet nearby, with the A5, A14 and A45 close at hand. Estates have spread across the north of the town since the 1980s and Hermes opened its Midlands Super Hub there in 2017.
The Rugby Western Relief Road, opened in 2010 at a final cost of more than £60 million, links the A45 with the Leicester Road towards junction 1 of the M6.
