Keresley's urban extension is planned to bring around 3,100 homes to the farmland on Coventry's north-western edge. Keresley Parish Council's list of applications names the main builders: Bellway with 550 homes on Fivefield Road and Tamworth Road, David Wilson Homes with 450 off Penny Park Lane and Lioncourt with 800 between Sandpits Lane and Tamworth Road. A further 500 have outline approval off Thompsons Road.
Smaller schemes sit alongside them: Midland Heart and Partner Construction's 54 affordable homes on the old Coventry Sports Club ground on Bennetts Road and two developments on Watery Lane.
Building moves in phases and each phase needs its details signed off first. Between January 2025 and July 2026 the city council's register logged 58 applications across these parcels, most of them for that sign-off.
