A logistics park at Whitley South

SEGRO Park Coventry lies just south of the city at Whitley South, fronting the A45 Coventry Road near its junction with the A46. SEGRO offers up to 1.64 million sq ft of industrial and warehouse space for B2 and B8 uses, with one unit ready now and the rest as design and build.

The land was planned as Coventry Gateway. The council's 2022 investment record describes 215 acres with consent for 3.7 million sq ft and a new 235-acre community park, with Jaguar Land Rover, UKBIC, Sytner Group, Parcelforce and Kuehne + Nagel nearby.

Seventy-three acres sit in the Coventry and Warwick Investment Zone, part of the government-backed West Midlands Investment Zone launched in 2024, where qualifying firms can claim business rates relief, enhanced capital allowances and stamp duty land tax relief.
