Up to 11 guests sleep across four bedrooms and a sofa bed. Three bedrooms take a king-size bed or two singles each; the largest bedroom takes two king-size beds or four singles, which suits a family or colleagues sharing. Every king-size bed is a zip and link bed, made from two singles joined together, so when it is made up as a king there is a zip down the middle.

Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have an en-suite, giving a couple or a guest on a long placement a private bathroom away from the rest of the house.

With two more bathrooms besides the en-suites, nobody waits in the morning, even when the house is full.
Cooking and relaxing
The fitted kitchen comes with a built-in fridge, a kettle, a toaster and everything needed to cook: pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. In the living room there is a sofa bed, an LG Smart TV with Netflix and French doors to the garden.
Washing, Wi-Fi and parking
