Gwendolyn's Lounge and Orlando's Lounge are a pair of new-build houses next door to each other on Bulls Head Lane, Coventry CV3 1FR, in Lower Stoke. Each has four bedrooms and four bathrooms with two en-suites and sleeps 11; together they make an eight-bedroom stay for up to 22.
In each house three bedrooms take a king-size bed or two singles and the largest takes two king-size beds or four singles, with a sofa bed downstairs for one or a couple. Every king is a zip and link bed, so there is a zip down the middle when it is made up as a king. Bedrooms 2 and 4 have en-suites, so the pair gives a group eight bathrooms.
Two fitted kitchens, two living rooms and two enclosed gardens mean a crew, a wedding party or a family reunion can spread out and still eat together. Both houses have 900 Mbps Wi-Fi and parking is free on a quiet street with room for vans.
