Gwendolyn's Lounge is a new-build, four-bedroom contractor house in Lower Stoke, Coventry, sleeping up to 11 guests with four bathrooms, two of them en-suite. Free on-street parking takes vans as well as cars, so a crew or a project team can share one front door, cook together and still get a proper night's sleep.
It is a whole house rather than a hotel room. There is a fitted kitchen, a living room with an LG Smart TV and Netflix, 900 Mbps Wi-Fi for video calls and French doors on to an enclosed garden at the back. Electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and council tax are included in the price and fresh bed linen and towels are ready when you arrive.
Coventry city centre and Coventry station are each about 2 miles by road from the house, with Coventry University about a mile away and Jaguar Land Rover's Whitley site about 3. Orlando's Lounge, its neighbour, has the same layout, so a larger team can book both and stay together.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are each made up as a king-size bed or two singles, whichever your team prefers. Bedroom 4 is the largest, with two king-size beds that split into four singles, and the sofa bed in the living room takes one more guest or a couple. Every king-size bed is a zip and link bed, made from two singles joined together, so when it is made up as a king there is a zip down the middle.
Four bathrooms, two en-suite
Bedrooms 2 and 4 have their own en-suite bathrooms and two more bathrooms serve the rest of the house, so four people can get ready at once before an early start.

A 900 Mbps connection handles video calls, uploads and streaming in every room at the same time.
Kitchen and living room
The fitted kitchen has a built-in fridge, a kettle and a toaster, plus pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery for proper meals after work. The living room has the sofa bed, an LG Smart TV with Netflix and French doors that open on to the garden.
