Kings Hill is the large housing allocation on the farmland between Coventry and Kenilworth, just south of Finham. Warwick District Council expects it to provide up to 4,000 homes by 2050, with schools and other infrastructure delivered alongside them.
The council consulted on a draft masterplan and design code for the site from February 2026, with comments closing on 27 March 2026. That document sets the rules each phase will be built to.
On the Coventry side, the city council's register lists applications in 2025 and 2026 for land at St Martins Road, Howes Lane, Kings Hill Lane and Green Lane in Finham.
