Our four Coventry homes are all in Stoke, on the east side of the city, so most families can keep the same school run and commute. Sullivan Heights has three bedrooms and a garden. Humber Hub has four bedrooms and off-road parking. Stoke Lodge and Stoke House have four bedrooms each and can be booked together for a larger family.
This is for work you are paying for yourself. Where an insurer is paying after a flood, a fire or a leak, our insurance accommodation service invoices the insurer or loss adjuster directly.
Stays run from a few nights to twelve months with bills, Wi-Fi and linen included. We send a pro-forma invoice before arrival. If the builders overrun we extend the booking with a new one when the calendar allows.
Can we stay while our kitchen is being replaced?
Yes. Each house has its own fitted kitchen, so you can cook as normal until yours is finished.
What if the work runs late?
We extend the stay when the calendar allows, with a pro-forma for the extra nights.
Is this the same as insurance accommodation?
