Taylor Wimpey's Allard Way scheme sits on the southern fringe of Coventry. Its brochure promises up to 125 homes with one to four bedrooms, a quarter of them affordable, set around green space at the edge of the site and within it.
The builder sells it as an urban neighbourhood with links into the city centre and on to Birmingham and London. It names Cathedral Lanes, Coventry University and the canal among the places nearby.
Three applications for the Allard Way land reached the council's register between May 2025 and May 2026: one to sign off reserved details and two amendments.
Humber Hub, our house nearest the site, is about a mile by road away. Stoke Lodge, the house next to Stoke House, is about a mile by road as well, so trades finishing plots and buyers between homes can stay close.
