What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Is parking available at the properties?
Yes — all our properties include free parking. Sullivan Heights has free on-street parking, and Humber Hub has dedicated off-road parking.
Are bills included?
Yes — electricity, gas, water, fast fibre Wi-Fi and council tax are all included in the rate. You pay one price and move in.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Absolutely — up to 10% off weekly (7+ nights) and up to 20% off monthly (28+ nights). Book direct for the best rate; crew/whole-house pricing is bespoke.
How does self check-in work?
After booking you'll receive detailed check-in instructions including a key-safe code, so you can arrive at your convenience without meeting anyone in person.
Can I get an invoice for a corporate booking?
Yes — every business booking starts with an itemised pro-forma invoice addressed to your company (with PO references on request), so your accounts team has the full cost up front. A receipted invoice follows once payment clears, and repeat corporate bookings get a dedicated account manager.
